FULL BIO

Anthony “Doc” Ameen is living proof that adversity doesn’t define you—it refines you.

A decorated Navy Hospital Corpsman who lost his leg in Afghanistan while treating wounded Marines, he endured 34 surgeries and a brutal recovery. But instead of letting it end him, Anthony turned pain into purpose—and built a high-impact life that bridges the battlefield and the boardroom.

Today, Mr. Ameen is a Purple Heart recipient and strategic growth architect with 20+ years of leadership across healthcare, SaaS, GovTech, and the public sector. He’s delivered over $100M in enterprise value through strategy, brand building, and federal market expansion—earning recognition in national media, podcasts, and industry panels.

As Founder & CEO of Wings For Warriors®, he launched a nationally recognized nonprofit that helped more than 6,500 wounded veterans and military families secure healthcare and benefits. From living rooms to Capitol Hill, he built a movement supported by 100+ corporate sponsors—including 25 Fortune 500s—and activated volunteer hubs in 30+ cities across the U.S.

As Co-Founder & CEO of Taylor & Lawrence®, a boutique healthcare supply chain consultancy, Anthony forged strategic alliances across 800+ healthcare practices and led the company to a successful exit—driving growth in critical government sectors.

Whether he’s advising C-suite execs, unlocking complex growth channels, or delivering five-figure keynotes across tech, government, education, and faith-based sectors—Anthony shows up with hard-earned clarity, edge, and enterprise impact.

Armed with an MBA in Strategic Innovation and a BA in Healthcare Management, his real credentials were earned under fire—in war, in business, and in life. He equips organizations to lead with resilience, scale with purpose, and win when the stakes are highest.

Based in Phoenix with his wife and children, Anthony continues to live the mission:
Lead with grit. Love with presence. Build what outlasts you.
